Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom press-on nails.
How do I find my size?
You have options! If you already know your sizes (in mm or from a nail tip brand), you can enter them directly. If not, choose 'custom sizing' when you order and we'll send you a free sizing kit (try-on nails or a mold kit — your choice) so we can get your exact measurements before making your set.
How long do press-on nails last?
With proper application, our press-ons typically last 1-2 weeks. Since they're custom-sized to your nail beds, they stay on much better than standard sizes. We include application instructions and nail glue with every order.
Can I reuse them?
Yes! Our nails are made with high-quality gel and built to last through multiple wears. Gently remove them, clean off any adhesive, and store them in the case they came in.
Will they damage my natural nails?
Nope. Press-on nails are one of the gentlest nail options available. No drilling, no UV exposure on your natural nails, no harsh chemicals. Just apply and remove — your nails stay healthy underneath.
What shapes and lengths do you offer?
Almond, coffin, oval, round, square, and stiletto — in extra-short through extra-long. You can even mix and match different shapes and lengths on different fingers.
What if some nails don't fit right?
It happens! After your first order, we'll ask you to confirm the fit of each nail. If any are too wide or too narrow, we'll make replacement nails for those fingers at no extra charge.
How long does it take to get my order?
Since every set is handmade to order, crafting time varies depending on the design and current queue. We'll keep you updated on your order status every step of the way so you always know where your nails are at.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the US. International shipping is coming soon!
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! Use our custom order form to describe what you're looking for, or send us a reference photo. We love bringing creative ideas to life.
